About these terms
These Terms & Conditions describe the use of the BrandMe Innovations website and our optional email and text messaging programs. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@brandmeinnovations.com.
BrandMe Innovations supports businesses through consulting and implementation, brand management, client success, business systems, team development, and print and custom merchandise coordination.
Services and purchases
Information on this website describes our offerings and does not replace an individual proposal, order confirmation, or service agreement. The scope of work, deliverables, pricing, payment schedule, production requirements, and timing for a project will be set out in the applicable written agreement or order details.
Any cancellation, return, refund, or subscription conditions will be provided with the relevant offering before purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Information and materials you provide
Please provide accurate contact and project information. When you supply logos, artwork, text, or other materials for a project, you are responsible for having permission to use them and authorize their use for that project. Review applicable proofs, specifications, and written project details before approving work.
Ownership and permitted use of custom project deliverables will be addressed in the relevant project agreement.

You may use this website to learn about our business, explore offerings, and contact us. Do not use it for unlawful activity, submit harmful or misleading content, or attempt to interfere with its operation or access another person's information.
BrandMe Innovations branding and original website materials belong to BrandMe Innovations or their respective owners. Please obtain permission before reproducing them, except where applicable law allows use without permission.
